Submission and Registration

IMPORTANT DATES :

| – Test run, adjustment, learning, etc.: | June 5 (Conference room will be opend at 13:00) |

Design competition paper:
Each team must submit a paper describing your original contributions on your design. Papers must be written in PDF format, following the HEART2019 style. Papers are allowed a maximum of 4 pages. Don’t submit your paper for EasyChair system. Please directly send your PDF paper to “watanabe.minoru[at]shizuoka.ac.jp”. (Please substitute @ for [at].). All accepted papers will appear in the published HEART’19 proceedings. However, it is not included in the ACM digital library. Accepted paper’s team will be invited to the live competition.

Registration
The representative of each team should note that at least one full registration is needed for your team to be presented.
