イオンスライサーはステージの揺動機構の故障により現在使用できません。メーカーに修理を依頼しております。
The ion slicer is currently unusable due to a failure of the swing mechanism of the stage. Repairs have been requested to the manufacturer.
2020.1.27 ESCA
昨年末に誤った装置操作により排気系にダメージを負い、現在も回復しておりません。従いまして通常以上に十分配慮した操作が必要になります。また真空装置の特性を理解しないままマニュアルに沿った機械的な作業による不適切な試料導入が後をたちませんので、担当者が立ち会わない試料の出し入れをお断りします。また土曜、日曜、祝日の使用も原則として認めません。加えまして、予約は装置担当者に連絡し、装置担当者が予約表への入力をするという方法を継続します。
The vacuum system was damaged at the end of last year due to incorrect operation, and has not recovered even now. Therefore, more careful operation than usual is required to operate. Also, some users try improper sample introduction. So we will refuse sample loading and unloading without the center staff. Use of Saturdays, Sundays and holidays is not permitted basically. In addition, before making an appointment, you must contact the person in charge for approval. Reservations that have not been approved by the staff will be invalid.
2019.10.4 Powder XRD
試料ホルダーを支えるバネが下がることの対策として、雰囲気セパレータ用の補助部品を追加しました。
通常のガラス試料ホルダーを使用されている方は、これまで通り、バネに挟むようにセットして下さい。（下図参照）
部品が新しいため、差し込む時に少し硬いですが、ゆっくりと水平に試料ホルダーを差し込んで下さい。決してバネを下に曲げたりしないで下さい。
We added an auxiliary part for atmosphere separator to as a countermeasure against lowering of the spring supporting the sample holder.
Users who use a normal glass holder must set the holder so that it is pinched by the spring as in the past. (See the figure below.)
Since the part is new, it is a little hard to insert the holder, but please insert it slowly and horizontally. Never bend the spring down.
