The tour begins with a visit to Communication Plaza, the museum of Yamaha Motor Co., Ltd. and its group companies, where you can learn about the company's philosophy, history, and technology. This company is one of Japan's leading manufacturers of mobile equipment, based in the Hamamatsu area.
The tour will continue with a course that provides you an opportunity to experience in the hidden beauty of Oku Ooi. Along the Ooi River stream, surrounded by mountains, the Southern Alps Abt Line, Japan's only rack railway, will take you to a secluded unmanned station. The station is surrounded by beautiful nature and a jade-colored lake, appearing to float on the lake and exuding a mysterious atmosphere. After visiting this station, you will enjoy a walking course that takes you across eight suspension bridges.
On the way back, the buses will stop at KADODE OOIGAWA, where you can enjoy shopping for local specialties and other items.
*Please note that there are several staircases on the route, including one with 128 steps, so please wear comfortable walking shoes.
