Here you can find information about Laser Lithography Laboratory at the Department of Electronics and Materials Science, Faculty of Engineering, Shizuoka University. The term “laser lithography” describes the general research direction of our lab, namely fabrication of micro- and nano-structures for photonics, micromechanics, material science, and other application areas using laser radiation. Other appropriate keywords to describe these activities are “laser micro-/nano-fabrication”, “direct laser writing”, and “laser materials processing”. Most information in this site is in English, but some topics, especially those of potential interest to students are also are given in Japanese (click on 日本語 menu entry above).
