For the restart of the sharing of XPS, the rules of use are as follows
1. For license, we will check 1, the manual which you made, 2.the skill of handling of the vacuum 3. handle of the sample 4. enter and withdraw the sample and introduce some cautions. Then, Please try to use as the sxamination. If there are no problems, we will give you a license.
2. If there is a blank of more than 3 months since the last use, the license will be suspended. It is acceptable to take the certification test again.
3. No licenced users does not use XPS himself/herself. If you want to use even if you have no licence, please request the licenced user in your laboratory or Ishikawa.
4. Non-licensed users can still get a training from a licensed user in your laboratry. In that case, the licensed user must be present for the measurement from start to finish. If a licensed user lends only his/her name to an unlicensed user, the license of the licensed user will be revoked and the certification test will not be supported for the time being.
5. Licensed users and administrators are required to join the XPS management group mailing list.
