Step 2: Submit Required Information
Upon receiving your request, we will ask you to submit the necessary information, which may include:-
A copy of your passport (the page with your photo and passport number)

The Organizing Committee will prepare the necessary documents and send them to you via email.
Please review them and proceed with your visa application at the nearest Embassy or Consulate of Japan.
