“From silicon nanodevices to silicon/carbon-nanotube hybrid nanodevices: a comparative analysis”
The presentation covered the efforts of our group, with support from collaborators, to develop dopant-based electronics in silicon nanodevices, as well as the undergoing efforts of our team (past and present) to develop hybrid CMOS/CNT nanodevices.
