These days, we organized with the Research Institute of Electronics the 25th Takayanagi Kenjiro Memorial Symposium.
Two students from our group gave poster presentations and shared our extended research results:
Shun Masui, Reon Asai, Baskoro Arif Rianto, Yutaro Sasaki, and Daniel Moraru: “Study of the Effects of the Codoped Region in Silicon-on-Insulator Nanoscale pn Diodes”
Reon Asai, Shun Masui, Shogo Miyagawa, Daris Alfafa, and Daniel Moraru: “Study of Codoped Silicon-on-Insulator Thin Films for Nano-Transistor Functionality”
Congratulations for preparing a good overview of the work carried out over the past year or so, on each topic. Good discussions and hopefully seeds for future work.
We also had the pleasure to welcome many plenary and invited speakers who shared insightful presentations. We especially appreciate the presentations by Prof. Hiroshi Mizuta (JAIST), Dr. Bent Weber (Nanyang Technological University) and Dr. Tetsuo Kodera (Tokyo Institute of Technology).
Looking forward to further interactions.
