A beamtime application was successfully accepted and implemented on the THz/Far-IR beamline of the Australian Synchrotron, Melbourne, in the period 18~26 July, 2023. Cryogenic investigation correlated with THz spectroscopy aims to reveal new properties of silicon nano-films.
