Daniel Moraru gave an Invited Lecture online in the 6th Autumn School on the Physics of Advanced Materials (PAMS-6). The School is affiliated to the 15th International Conference on the Physics of Advanced Materials (ICPAM-15), held in Sharm El Sheikh (Egypt) and online.
The lecture presented our lab’s progress over the years on fundamental physics that may be accessible for future nanoelectronics, and was titled: “Single-electron tunneling via random dopants in silicon nanodevices”.
