We had 3 poster presentations on March 24:
(1) B. A. Riantoo, D. Alfafa, S. Masui, and D. Moraru, “Effect of substrate voltage on band-to-band tunneling of nanowire Esaki diodes”
(2) S. Masuio, R. Asai, B. A. Rianto, Y. Sasaki, and D. Moraru, “pnトンネルダイオードのための共ドープ超薄膜SOI絶縁体層の解析” (“Analysis of codoped ultrathin silicon-on-insulator layers for pn tunnel diodes”)
(3) R. Asaio, S. Masui, S. Miyagawa, D. Alfafa, and D. Moraru, “機能的な共ドープ Si ナノトランジスタにおける SOI 薄膜の解析” (“Study of codoped silicon-on-insulator thin films for nano-transistor functionality”)

We also had 2 oral presentations on March 25, on behalf of students graduating from our lab:
(4) H. Kawanishi, D. Alfafao, T. Suzuki, A. Udhiarto, and D. Moraru, “Observation of potential modulation in carbon nanotube transistors by Kelvin Probe Force Microscopy” (delivered by Daris Alfafa)
(5) Pooja Sudha, A. Samanta, S. Miyagawa, and D. Moraruo, “Low-intensity photon detection using codoped-Si single-electron transistors” (delivered by Daniel Moraru)

This meeting gathers hundreds of students, academics and industry people in the same place (on-site and online) to share their research progress and interact with industry related to applied physics.

For our group, it was a good chance to display several research topics. It was also nice to reconnect with former students of our group and get some updates.

Congratulations to everyone for the hard work in research and preparation / delivery of the presentations and thanks to everyone for joining a nice gathering.
