Two of our Master students, Shogo Miyagawa (M1) and Takuya Suzuki (M1), presented posters about their respective research lines in a meeting with Denso Co. engineers, at their headquarters in Kariya. The event was co-organized by Denso Co. and Shizuoka University under the label “One Day with Shizuoka University at Denso” (デンソー「静岡大学の1日」).
Research line #1: 共ドープSiナノFET中の光誘起RTSノイズ (Photoinduced RTS noise in codoped Si nanoFETs) – presented by S. Miyagawa
Research line #2: 次世代半導体デバイスに向けた電子材料カーボンナノチューブの導入についての研究 (Research on the introduction of carbon nanotubes as electronic materials for next-generation semiconductor devices) – presented by T. Suzuki
Thanks to the organizers for the event for promoting such academia-industry interactions. Also, thanks to the students for the efforts to share our research to places closer to practical applications, such as at Denso Corporation.
