    • An outline of policy for infected students to follow until they have recovered. Please click on the link above and read all of the contents.
    • Please avoid coming to campus unless it is absolutely necessary. There is no need to come to campus just to check bulletin boards or to submit documents such as your student cards (“gakusei kādo”).
    • Please refrain from activities outside of your residence unless absolutely necessary, particularly any outing involving public transportation and/or and any travel to areas outside of Hamamatsu City, regardless of whether or not your destination has recently been officially designated an emergency zone by the Japanese Government.
      • Some examples of “absolutely necessary” reasons to go outside would include: buying food or other materials necessary for maintaining your living environment, etc.
      • Please avoid activities involving crowds, poorly ventilated spaces, and close physical contact with others, for example, attending lectures, going to driving school, etc.
    • Please refrain from gathering in groups or coming into direct physical contact with other people as much as possible.
      • Some examples of activities to avoid include: eating out at restaurants with fellow students; coming into direct physical contact with others during extracurricular activities; etc.
