SPECIAL ISSUE

You can choose between two journals when submitting your valuable research results.

[1] IEICE Transactions on Electronics

The IEICE (Institute of Electronics, Information and Communication Engineers) Transactions on Electronics announce a Special Section on “Fundamentals and Applications of Advanced Semiconductor Devices” to be published in September 2027. As digital processing units penetrate deeply into information society, the demand for high-performance semiconductor devices is kept growing. The purpose of this Special Section is to discuss various aspects of advanced semiconductor devices from fundamental physics to circuit applications. These include Si-based MOSFETs and bipolar transistors, compound semiconductor devices, and nano-scale devices.

Detail information is written in the Call for Papers. 2027_9EC_v3

[2] Journal of the Ceramic Society of  Japan

The Journal of the Ceramic Society of Japan is pleased to invite submissions to a forthcoming Special Issue focusing on recent advances in ceramics and related materials.  This Special Issue aims to highlight cutting-edge research, emerging trends, and innovative developments in ceramic science and technology. We welcome original research articles covering fundamental studies, novel materials, advanced processing and characterization techniques, and emerging applications. Researchers from academia, industry, and related fields are warmly encouraged to contribute their latest research to this Special Issue. We hope that this collection will provide an opportunity to share new insights, foster discussion, and promote further advances in the field of ceramics. We look forward to receiving your contributions and to making this Special Issue a valuable platform for the ceramic research community.
