At the Student Support Center (Career Support Division) and the Career Support Office, we assist Ph.D. course students and postdocs in their job search, based on the situation and desired conditions of each.
We provide individual support, such as how to conduct job search activities, gather job information, preparing application documents and interviews. If you are interested in such advice, please contact the Career Support Office.

博士課程学生・ポスドク支援担当のキャリアカウンセラーによる個別面談(※1)を実施しています。
就職活動をはじめ、課程修了後の進路に関する迷いや不安などの相談に応じています。 ※1 初回面談後は、状況に応じてメールでの相談も受付けています。 下記の面談実施日時以外での面談をご希望の場合は、ご連絡ください。 可能な範囲で調整いたします。 Career support Office has a career counselor for Ph.D. course students and postdocs, to consult individually. If you have questions or concerns regarding to career development such as job searching in Japan, make an appointment for the individual consultation (*1). *1 After the initial consultation, consultation by e-mail is also accepted depending on the situation. If the dates and times for consultation below are not convenient to you, please contact us. We will adjust as much as possible. |

個別面談に際して、博士課程・ポスドクの皆様の利便性を考慮し、相談日は学生の皆様のご都合に合わせて実施します。面談希望の学生は、事前に候補日・時間を2－3案メールでご連絡頂ければ折り返し確定した日時をご連絡いたします。その際、個別相談はZoomやTeamsを使用して行います。
For the convenience of Ph.D. course students and postdocs, we will have our individual consultation such as career development, job search in Japan for your convenience day and time. If you need job search consultation, etc., please send us an email with a couple of potential dates and times that are convenient for you. After receiving your email, we will send it back to you about the fixed day and time. At that time, we will be conducting consultations for using Zoom or Teams. |

登録後の流れ

登録確認後、就職支援室からメールをお送りします。その際に、初回面談の日程調整を行います。研究のペースや就職希望時期、現在の住まいなどを考慮し、無理のないよう面談日時を決定します。また、面談の際に、現在の状況や詳しい希望などを伺います。ご希望の方は求職者情報を登録企業へ開示することができます。
