Two of our M2 Master students, Taichi Hirano and Baskoro Arif Rianto, attended the activities and shared poster presentations on behalf of two teams during the International Workshop on Nanodevice Technologies (IWNT). The event was held at Higashi Hiroshima Arts & Culture Hall Kurara, being organized by the Research Institute for Semiconductor Engineering (RISE), Hiroshima University.

There were many meaningful interactions during the event, including valuable discussions around the following two posters:
(1) Taichi Hirano, Shun Masui, Reon Asai, Baskoro Arif Rianto, and Daniel Moraru
“Compositional analysis of highly-doped silicon-on-insulator thin films for nanodevices”
(2) Baskoro Arif Rianto, Daris Alfafa, Shun Masui, Itsuki Yano, Arief Udhiarto, and Daniel Moraru
“Study of silicon-on-insulator low-dimensional highly-doped pn diodes for clarification of band-to-band tunneling”
Thanks to all who interacted at the posters and thanks to our students for their contributions! We look forward to incorporating the feedback into our future research!
