On April 18, posters were prepared and presented as part of the mid-term Master course research progress report in our Department of Electronics and Materials Science.
3 students had insightful discussions and received useful advice on the following topics:
Reon Asai: “機能的な共ドープSiナノトランジスタにおけるSOI薄膜の解析” (“Analysis of functionalities of SOI thin films in codoped Si nanotransistors”)
Taichi Hirano: “ソルボサーマル法による銀ドープ酸化チタン薄膜の作製と特性評価” (“Preparation and evaluation of properties of silver-doped titanium oxide thin film by solvothermal method”)
Shun Masui: “pnトンネルダイオードのための共ドープ超薄膜SOI絶縁体層の解析” (“Analysis of codoped ultra-thin SOI insulator layers for p-n tunnel diodes”)
Congratulations for this milestone after hard work for research and after completing the job-hunting period successfully. Looking forward to our next research together for the coming year.
