A paper was published in collaboration with a team of researchers from Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Roorkee, India, led by Dr. Arup Samanta.
The paper describes experimentally and with support from Coulomb-blockade simulations the signatures of single-electron tunneling mediated by interacting systems of donor-atoms and larger quantum dots, providing new insights for advanced functionalities.
