Daniel Moraru delivered the Special Lecture at the Inte
rnational Workshop on Advanced Quantum Technology & International Seminar Dojo 2024, held in Ogaki, on Sept. 25-26. This event was supported by the Division of Graduate Studies, Kyoto University and by the Photonic integration Group of the Eindhoven University of Technology, the Nethrelands, bringing together students and staff from both countries for interactions and scientific exchanges.
The topic of the Special lecture presentation was:
“Activating single-electron tunneling via impurities as quantum dots in silicon nanoscale devices”
