Daniel Moraru has attended with an Invited Talk the International Conference on Engineering, Science, and Nanotechnology (ICESNANO2025).

The conference was organized in the period April 28-30, at Opero Hotel Southkey in Johor Bahru by the team from UTHM (Universiti Tun Hossain Malaysia), coordinated by Assoc. Prof. Dr. Marlia binti Morsin as Cahirperson and her team, with Prof. Ts. Dr. Mohd Khairul bin Ahmad as a key adviser.
The Invited Talk was entitled as follows:
D. Moraru, “Transport via Dopant-Induced Quantum Dot Arrays in Silicon Nanodevices for Low-Temperature Electronics”
Due to the attendance of Plenary/Keynote/Invited Speakers with a diverse background and not only from UTHM but also from other Universities in Malaysia or Indonesia, alternating with Industrial Speakers giving a new perspective from the applications side, the discussions were quite active and insightful. Several new possibilities for collaborations and international projects could be identified during this conference, while also enjoying the Malaysian hospitality.
Many thanks to the organizers for arranging a successful event and for attracting such a diverse audience to share their insights for the future of adjacent research and education fields like Engineering, Science and Nanotechnology. Looking forward to the next developments from these interactions.
