attended various sessions and events at the 86th Autumn Meeting of Japan Society of Applied Physics (JSAP). The meeting was held this time in Nagoya, at Meijo University, in the period Sept. 7-10, 2025, and gathered many thousands of students, researchers, professors, engineers, industry partners and not only.

It was nice to update some scientific knowledge from the specialized sess
ions, but also to interact with the industry and tourism partners, including from Hamamatsu Tourism Bureau, at the JSAP Expo booths.
One evening, we enjoyed an international interaction with many foreign and Japanese researchers and students during the JSAP President’s Reception for International Networking.

We appreciate the organization of such events by the JSAP staff and it was a pleasure to represent on this occasion the JSAP D&I・International Relations Committee as an Executive Director, along with Dr. Aya Tanaka (NTT-BRL) – also Director of the committee, and Prof. Tsunenobu Kimoto (Kyoto University) – President of JSAP.
Looking forward to many interactions in this environment also at future events!
