 Abstract
  1. STARS-Me2 transmits the large data volume of images taken by STARS-Me2 to the ground station.
  2. Measure the success rate of packet reception at receiving ground stations for each communication speed of 1.2 kbps and 9.6 kbps.
  3. Polarization diversity reception performance at multiple ground receiving stations is evaluated by the number of successful received packets.
