The Suzuki Foundation’s Program for Supporting Invited Foreign Researchers “Exchange program between Shizuoka University and Budapest University of Technology and Economics”

 

  • Eligible: Researchers including professors, associate professors, lecturers, assistant professors, post-doctoral fellows, or graduate students in the fields of natural science such as electronic, electric, mechanical, information engineering.
  • Place of research: Shizuoka University, Hamamatsu campus (Japan)
  • Period of stay: The period of stay shall be for a period of at least six months and shall not exceed one year.

Based on the researchers exchange agreement between Budapest University of Technology and Economics (Hungary) and Shizuoka University (Japan), the two universities tied up with the Suzuki Foundation in 1999 and have been working on this project. The Suzuki Foundation has funded more than 10 researchers who came from Budapest University of Technology and Economics. The projects they have been working on include those for international collaborative research development.
