【Disabled】電研共通N2ガスの供給停止に伴う装置の停止

  • 現在、電子工学研究所全体のN2ガスが空のため、
    稼働にN2ガスを必要とする以下の装置は停止しています。

    ・電子線描画装置
    ・FE-SEM
    ・電気炉
    ・スピンコーター
    ・アライナー
    ・RIE
    ・ECRスパッタ
    ・窒素ガン

    新しいガスボンベが届き次第復旧作業を致します。

    【14:16追記】
    電子工学研究所のN2ガス供給が再開しました。上記装置も稼働致します。
    FE-SEMは真空ポンプが長時間停止した影響で、正常な真空度に到達するまで時間がかかります。
    再開までしばらくお待ちください。

    【16:50追記】
    SEM再開しています。

  • Since the N2 gas shared by the Research Institute of Electronics is empty,
    the following devices that require N2 gas for operation are currently suspended.

    ・Electron Beam Lithography System
    ・FE-SEM
    ・Electric Furnace
    ・Spin Coater
    ・Mask Aligner
    ・RIE
    ・ECR Sputter
    ・Nitrogen gun

    We will restore them as soon as a new gas cylinder arrives.

    The supply of N2 gas at the Research Institute of Electronics resumed. The above devices will also be restarted.
    Regarding FE-SEM, the vacuum pump has been stopped for a long time, so it takes time to reach the normal degree of vacuum.
    Please wait for a while until restarting.

【Ultrapure Water】超純水装置停止(1/23AM)のお知らせ

  • 超純水装置はROエレメント交換のため以下の期間停止します。
    装置停止中は純水を利用できません。
    交換作業が終了し次第装置の運転を再開します。

    日にち：2018年1月23日（火）
    時間　：9：00～13：30（予定）

  • Ultrapure Water Production System stops for the following period due to RO element exchange.
    You can not use ultra pure water while the system is stopped.
    As soon as the replacement work is completed, the operation of the system will resume.
