  • 電子線描画装置利用再開のおしらせ

    電子線描画装置の高圧タンク・電子銃交換作業（7/6(月)-7/23(木)が終了したため、
    明日より利用を再開いたします。

    長期間にわたりご利用を停止することとなり、ご不便・ご迷惑をお掛けしましたことを深くお詫び申し上げます。
    今後ともよろしくお願いいたします。

     

  • Notice of Service Resumption of electron Beam Lithography System

    Maintenance work on electron Beam Lithography System was completed on Thursday 23 july.
    Use of the apparatus will resume from tomorrow.

    それに伴い、下記の日程でクリーンルームの利用を停止させていただきます。

  • Clean room air-conditioning will be stopped due to the summer holiday.
    Therefore, the clean room will be closed during the following period.

停電とメンテナンスに伴うクリーンルーム利用停止のお知らせ(6/12 12:00-6/22 12:00)

  • 停電とメンテナンスに伴うクリーンルーム利用停止のお知らせ(6/12-6/22)

    6月13日(土)と14日(日)は、城北キャンパス内全体で停電が実施されます。
    それに伴い、クリーンルームの設備メンテナンスが入ります。
    つきましては光創起棟CRは以下の日程で利用停止となります。

    ・6月12日(金)12時～
    　クリーンルーム装置利用停止

    ・6月13日(土)～6月14日(日)
    　一斉停電（定期点検）

    ・6月15日(月)～年6月19日(金)
    　用力設備定期点検
    　※クリーンルーム空調、圧縮空気、窒素ガス発生装置、冷却水 等を保守
    　※各機器の停止期間は、１～２日を想定

    ・6月22日(月)12時～
    　クリーンルーム装置利用再開

    各装置の利用再開は6月22日（月）12時以降を予定しています。

  • Notice of suspension of clean room use due to power cuts and maintenance(6/12-6/22)

    On June 13th (Sat) and 14th (Sun), blackout will be implemented throughout the Johoku campus.
    Along with that, the iPERC CR will be banned from entering the following schedule.

    ・12th　From 12 o’clock　Device use suspension
    · 13 – 14th: Simultaneous blackout
    · 15 – 19th: utility equipment maintenance inspection
    ・22th From 12 o’clock　Device usage resume

    We will inform you again when there is an update of information.

    トラブル内容：不具合により電子銃が立ち上がらない

    対応：メーカーと対応中
    停止期間：未定

    ※追記(4/1)　現在の対応状況は以下の通りです。

    ・3/16(月)現地点検作業を実施、真空系統（VACコントローラー）の復旧、HVタンクの故障を確認
    ・4/1 (水)HVタンク引き上げ作業を発注

    ・今後の予定
    　HVタンク引き上げ作業実施
    　メーカーによるタンクの詳細調査
    　故障内容を確認後、修理及び取付け作業実施

全体停電に伴うクリーンルーム利用停止のお知らせ（2/20(金) 12:00-2/24(月)12:00）

  • 全体停電に伴うクリーンルーム利用停止のお知らせ(2/20-2/24)

    2月23日(月祝)は、城北キャンパス内全体で停電が実施されます。
    つきましては光創起棟CRは以下の日程で利用停止となります。

    ・2月20日(金)12時～
    クリーンルーム装置利用停止

    ・2月23日(月祝)12:00-15:00
    一斉停電（空調機更新に伴う高圧幹線ケーブル更新）

    ・2月24日(火)12時～
    クリーンルーム装置利用再開

    各装置の利用再開は2月24日（火）12時以降を予定しています。
    ただし、描画装置は立ち上げ操作に数日必要なため、2月26日(木)以降に再開する予定です。
    情報の更新がありましたら改めてお知らせいたします。

    年末年始の静岡大学浜松キャンパス閉鎖に伴い、
    CRの使用を停止させていただきます。

    停止期間：12月25日(木)12:00~1月5日(月)12:00

  • Notice of no service of CR during year-end and New Year holidays.

    We will stop using CR during the year-end and New Year holidays.

    Date: Thursday,Dec 25, 12:00 ~ Monday, Jan 5, 12:00

【更新】計画停電延期のため、12/12(金)–12/15(月)は通常通り利用できます

  • 計画停電の延期により、12/12–12/15は通常通り利用できます

    12月14日(日)に予定されていた城北キャンパス内全体で停電が延期となったため、
    12/12(金)12:00~12/15(月)12:00につきましては通常通りご利用いただけます。

  • Due to the postponement of the planned power cuts, there will be no suspension of service from 12/12 to 12/15.

    The scheduled power outage across the entire Johoku Campus on Sunday, 14 December has been postponed.
    Therefore, services will operate as normal from 12:00 on Friday, 12 December until 12:00 on Monday, 15 December.
