停電とメンテナンスに伴うクリーンルーム利用停止のお知らせ(6/23-7/4)
- 6月24日(土)と25日(日)は、城北キャンパス内全体で停電が実施されます。
それに伴い、クリーンルームの設備メンテナンスが入ります。
つきましては光創起棟CRは以下の日程で利用停止となります。・6月23日(金)12時～
クリーンルーム装置利用停止・6月24日(土)～6月25日(日)
一斉停電（定期点検）・6月26日(月)～年6月30日(金)
用力設備定期点検
※クリーンルーム空調、圧縮空気、窒素ガス発生装置、冷却水 等を保守
※各機器の停止期間は、１～２日を想定・7月4日(火)12時～
クリーンルーム装置利用再開各装置の利用再開は7月4日（火）12時以降を予定しています。
ただし、描画装置は立ち上げ操作に数日必要なため7月5日(水)以降に再開する予定です。

However, since the EB Lithography System requires several days for the startup operation, it is scheduled to resume the July 5.
