  • 停電に伴うクリーンルーム利用停止のお知らせ(12/12-12/15)

    12月14日(日)は、城北キャンパス内全体で停電が実施されます。
    つきましては光創起棟CRは以下の日程で利用停止となります。

    ・12月12日(金)12時～
    クリーンルーム装置利用停止

    ・12月14日(日)17:00-21:00
    一斉停電（空調機更新に伴う幹線ケーブル更新）

    ・12月15日(月)12時～
    クリーンルーム装置利用再開

    各装置の利用再開は12月15日（月）12時以降を予定しています。
    ただし、描画装置は立ち上げ操作に数日必要なため、12月17日(水)以降に再開する予定です。
    情報の更新がありましたら改めてお知らせいたします。

  • Notice of suspension of clean room use due to power cuts and maintenance(12/12-12/15)

    On Dec 14th (Sun), blackout will be implemented throughout the Johoku campus.
    Along with that, the iPERC CR will be banned from entering the following schedule.

    ・12th　From 12 o’clock　Device use suspension
    · 14th: Simultaneous blackout
    ・15th From 12 o’clock　Device usage resume
