  • 6月24日(土)と25日(日)は、城北キャンパス内全体で停電が実施されます。
    それに伴い、クリーンルームの設備メンテナンスが入ります。
    つきましては光創起棟CRは以下の日程で利用停止となります。

    ・6月23日(金)12時～
    　クリーンルーム装置利用停止

    ・6月24日(土)～6月25日(日)
    　一斉停電（定期点検）

    ・6月26日(月)～年6月30日(金)
    　用力設備定期点検
    　※クリーンルーム空調、圧縮空気、窒素ガス発生装置、冷却水 等を保守
    　※各機器の停止期間は、１～２日を想定

    ・7月4日(火)12時～
    　クリーンルーム装置利用再開

    各装置の利用再開は7月4日（火）12時以降を予定しています。
    ただし、描画装置は立ち上げ操作に数日必要なため7月5日(水)以降に再開する予定です。
    情報の更新がありましたら改めてお知らせいたします。

  • On June 24th (Sat) and 25th (Sun), blackout will be implemented throughout the Johoku campus.
    Along with that, the iPERC CR will be banned from entering the following schedule.

    ・23　From 12 o’clock　Device use suspension
    · 24 – 25th: Simultaneous blackout
    · 26 – 30th: utility equipment maintenance inspection
    ・July　4th　From 12 o’clock　Device usage resume

    Resumption of use of each device is planned after inspection on July 4.
    However, since the EB Lithography System requires several days for the startup operation, it is scheduled to resume the July 5.
