  • 停電とメンテナンスに伴うクリーンルーム利用停止のお知らせ(6/12-6/22)

    6月13日(土)と14日(日)は、城北キャンパス内全体で停電が実施されます。
    それに伴い、クリーンルームの設備メンテナンスが入ります。
    つきましては光創起棟CRは以下の日程で利用停止となります。

    ・6月12日(金)12時～
    　クリーンルーム装置利用停止

    ・6月13日(土)～6月14日(日)
    　一斉停電（定期点検）

    ・6月15日(月)～年6月19日(金)
    　用力設備定期点検
    　※クリーンルーム空調、圧縮空気、窒素ガス発生装置、冷却水 等を保守
    　※各機器の停止期間は、１～２日を想定

    ・6月22日(月)12時～
    　クリーンルーム装置利用再開

    各装置の利用再開は6月22日（月）12時以降を予定しています。

  • Notice of suspension of clean room use due to power cuts and maintenance(6/12-6/22)

    On June 13th (Sat) and 14th (Sun), blackout will be implemented throughout the Johoku campus.
    Along with that, the iPERC CR will be banned from entering the following schedule.

    ・12th　From 12 o’clock　Device use suspension
    · 13 – 14th: Simultaneous blackout
    · 15 – 19th: utility equipment maintenance inspection
    ・22th From 12 o’clock　Device usage resume
