    ・デバイスの作製（主にシリコン系デバイス）
    ・デバイスの評価

    誰が使えるの？

    ・静岡大学所属の教職員と学生
    ・静岡大学教員から委託を受けた者
    　（使用に伴って発生した受益者負担金の支払いを行えることが条件）

    使用料は？

    使用記録簿をもとに、年度毎（4/1～3/31）に利用状況を集計しています。
    消耗品やメンテナンス費用を案分し、次年度に精算いたします。

  • What is “RIE Clean Room”?

    What is it used for?

    ・Fabrication of devices (mainly silicon based devices)
    ・Evaluation of devices

    Who will use it?

    ・Faculty members and students belonging to Shizuoka University
    ・Person who received consignment from Shizuoka University faculty
    　(Those who can pay beneficiary contributions)

    How much is the fee for use?

    We calculate the usage situation every fiscal year based on the use register.
    We will allocate expendables and maintenance costs proportionally and settle for the next fiscal year.
