On 15 November 2019, I attended “The 4th International Symposium on Biomedical Engineering (ISBE2019)” for doing poster presentation. The event took place at Act City Congress Center, Hamamatsu, Japan.
It was my first time presenting my research in front of many experts and students in the field of biomedical engineering. I felt so lucky to get this chance because I had an interest in biomedical engineering (I want to help people!). However, I found some difficulties regarding to the simple explanation of my research since my research is about electric motor. Fortunately, Asama-sensei and labmates helped me during the making of the poster.
I was really nervous because I was able to meet someone who taught Asama-sensei back then.
After the poster session was ended, I came to the hall to attend the session of oral presentation. There were many things that I did not know yet but somehow it thrilled me for learning more and more.
In the future, I hope that I can have other chances to meet experts in many research backgrounds so I may understand the possible collaborations between my research and others.
