漏水センサー異常により電子線描画装置用の空調機が作動できないトラブルが発生しています。
ブースのカーテンは開放のままでお願いします。それにより通常±0.1℃単位の温度管理が停止いたします。
利用の際はご留意いただきますようお願いいたします。空調機復旧の見通しは未定となります。
Notice to Users of Electron Beam Lithography System
There is a problem that the air conditioner for the electron beam lithography system cannot be operated due to an abnormal leak sensor.
Please leave the curtains of the booth open.So that the normal temperature control of ±0.1°C will be stopped.
We ask that you keep this in mind when using the booths.The outlook for the restoration of the air conditioning system is yet to be determined.
