冷却水系統の停止による一部装置利用停止のお知らせ
6/28(金)から7/1(月)にかけて
クリーンルーム天井からの漏水が確認されました。
現在は応急処置を行ったため、装置の利用に問題ありません。原因である冷却水系統の補修工事を行うため、
下記の日時では光創起棟の冷却水系統の供給が停止されます。
そのため冷却水系統に接続している装置は下記の時間利用できません。停止期間：7月3日(水)9:00~17:00
停止装置：卓上ランプ加熱装置、真空蒸着装置(Al専用、汎用)、フッ素RIE、ECR、恒温ブース(電子線描画装置用)
マグネトロンスパッタ装置※電子線描画装置については恒温ブースのみが停止します
装置の利用には問題ありませんが、ご承知おきください。ご不便をおかけして申し訳ありませんが、
