  • 冷却水系統の停止による一部装置利用停止のお知らせ

    6/28(金)から7/1(月)にかけて
    クリーンルーム天井からの漏水が確認されました。
    現在は応急処置を行ったため、装置の利用に問題ありません。

    原因である冷却水系統の補修工事を行うため、
    下記の日時では光創起棟の冷却水系統の供給が停止されます。
    そのため冷却水系統に接続している装置は下記の時間利用できません。

    停止期間：7月3日(水)9:00~17:00

    停止装置：卓上ランプ加熱装置、真空蒸着装置(Al専用、汎用)、フッ素RIE、ECR、恒温ブース(電子線描画装置用)
    　　　　　マグネトロンスパッタ装置

    ※電子線描画装置については恒温ブースのみが停止します
    　装置の利用には問題ありませんが、ご承知おきください。

    ご不便をおかけして申し訳ありませんが、
    ご理解いただけますようお願いいたします。

  • Stop using some instruments for Cooling water system construction

    From 6/28 (Fri.) to 7/1 (Mon.)
    Water leakage from the clean room ceiling was confirmed.
    No problem in using the equipment has been found now that emergency measures have been taken.

    To perform repair work on the cooling water system, which is the cause of the problem,
    The cooling water supply will be stopped during the following date and time to repair the cooling water system.
    Therefore, equipment connected to the cooling water system will not be available during the following time.

    Shutdown period: July 3 (Wed.) 9:00~17:00

    Suspended equipment: Desktop Lamp Annealing, vacuum deposition equipment (Al only, general purpose), Parallel Plate RIE System, ECR,
    　　　　　　　　　　　constant temperature booth (for electron beam lithography equipment),Magnetron sputtering
