電研クリーンルーム利用者の皆様

貯水槽清掃及び点検に伴う断水が有ります。

断水時には、電研クリーンルームの水を利用する装置は利用出来ません。

皆様にはご迷惑をおかけ致しますが、ご協力をお願い致します。

断水日時　　：　平成29年9月4日(月)　9：00　～ 12：00（3時間）

断水範囲　　：　電子工学研究所、光創起イノベーション研究拠点

操作停止装置：　超純水装置、ＲＩＥ（冷却水が止まります）、ドラフト(超純水が利用出来ません）

注　　意　　：　電気炉やフォトリソなどの超純水を利用する工程は出来なくなります。

There is no water with water tank cleaning and check.

Water supply will be cut off from Sep 4th at 9 a.m. to  at 12 a.m. in the following areas.

• Research Institute of Electronics
• Center for Nanodevice Fabrication and Analysis
• Innovative Photonics Evolution Research Center

In the clean room, the following equipment will be suspended.

• Ultrapure Water Production System
• RIE (Reactive Ion Etching)
• Draft Chamber for wet

Also, processes requiring ultrapure water such as wet oxidation and photolithography can not be performed either.
