    薬品を放置するときは、以下の情報を容器に書いてください。

    • 薬品名
    • 研究室名
    • 氏名

    全ての利用者が安全にクリーンルームを使用するためのルールです。
    短時間・長時間に関わらず薬品放置時は必ず守るようお願いします。


  • Rules on Leaving Chemicals

    When leaving chemicals, please write the following information in the container.

    • Chemical name
    • Your laboratory name
    • Your name

    This is a rule for all users to be able to use clean room safely.
    Please follow this rule regardless of the length of leaving time.


【Disabled】断水(7/29土8時～7/30日17時)のお知らせ

電研クリーンルーム利用者の皆様

城北講義棟新営工事に伴う断水が有ります。

この影響で、電研クリーンルームの水を利用する装置は利用出来ません。

皆様にはご迷惑をおかけ致しますが、ご協力をお願い致します。

記

断水日時　　：　平成29年7月29日(土)　8：00　～　7月30日(日)　17：00（33時間）

断水範囲　　：　電子工学研究所、ナノデバイス作製・評価センター、光創起イノベーション研究拠点

操作停止装置：　超純水装置、ＲＩＥ（冷却水が止まります）、ドラフト(超純水が利用出来ません）

注　　意　　：　電気炉やフォトリソなどの超純水を利用する工程は出来なくなります。

Owing to new construction work of the lecture building, water supply will be cut off from July 29th at 8 a.m. to 30th at 5 p.m. in the following areas.

  • Research Institute of Electronics
  • Center for Nanodevice Fabrication and Analysis
  • Innovative Photonics Evolution Research Center

In the clean room, the following equipment will be suspended.

  • Ultrapure Water Production System
  • RIE (Reactive Ion Etching)
  • Draft Chamber for wet

Also, processes requiring ultrapure water such as wet oxidation and photolithography can not be performed either.

    大気導入によりSEM停止中です。
    再開見込みは13：30です。
    再開見込みは15：30です。
    （15：30）SEM使用再開しました。

    SEM is disabled due to air introduction.
    The resumption prospect is 13:30.
    The resumption prospect is 15:30.
    (15:30) SEM is enabled.

【Mask Aligner】アライナ使用できます（5/26追記）

    アライナ使用できます

    UVランプの電源ユニットの故障により、アライナが使用できません。
    使用再開のめどがたち次第報告します。
    【5/26追記】
    現在アライナは使用できます。
    また不具合が発生したらすぐに職員までお知らせください。

  • Failure of Mask Aligner
    Mask Aligner is available

    Mask aligner can not be used due to breakdown of UV lamp power supply unit.
    We will report as soon as we can resume usage.
    【Add on May 26th】
    Mask aligner is available now.
    In case of trouble, please notify the staff.

【Spin Coater】スピンコータの不具合

スピンコーター（DELTA80T）使用出来ます(5/22)

 

ズース・マイクロテック社製のスピンコータ（DELTA80T）は、装置立上げ時にエラーメッセージ「Error from controller 47 Error lowering chuck」が発生していましたが、正常に起動出来るようになりました。

【Hydrofluoric Acid】フッ化水素酸の変更について

  • フッ化水素酸の変更について

    今まで使用してきた森田化学・半導体用フッ化水素酸50%が生産終了しました。
    今後はほぼ同等の品である弘田化学・半導体用フッ化水素酸49%を使用します。
    しばらくの間はこれらの変更による不具合等がないか注意しながら使用してください。


  • About change of hydrofluoric acid

    Hydrofluoric acid which has been conventionally used is now the production end.
    In the future we will use nearly equivalent hydrofluoric acid.
    Please use it while paying attention to possibility of troubles due to these change for a while.


【Disabled】大型連休中(5/3～5/7)の装置使用について

  • 大型連休中(5/3～5/7)の装置使用について

    連休中は職員不在のため電研共通窒素ラインのボンベ交換ができず、窒素ガスが不足しても対処できません。
    そこで、窒素を大量に消費する以下の装置の使用を禁止します。

    ・電気炉
    ・アライナ

    また、動作に窒素ガスを必要とする以下の装置に関しては、急を要する作業以外は極力使用を控えてください。

    ・ECRスパッタ
    ・SEM
    ・電子ビーム描画装置
    ・窒素ガン

  • About suspended use of some devices during Golden Week (5/3～5/7)

    During the holidays, the use of the following devices is prohibited.

    ・Electric Furnace
    ・Mask Aligner

    Also, refrain from using the following devices unless absolutely necessary.

    ・ECR Sputter
    ・SEM
    ・Electron Beam Lithography System
    ・Nitrogen gun

【Notice】個人の物品を持ち帰ってください。

  • 新年度が始まり、クリーンルームには新しい利用者が増えます。
    初めてクリーンルームを使う人が困惑しないよう、共用の物品と個人の物品を区別しましょう。

    ***予告***
    4/10
    所有者不明のクリーン服を回収します。
    クリーン服を放置している人はいったん持ち帰ってください。
    4/17
    イエロールーム内の現像用ビーカーに「共用」ラベルを貼りつけます。
    個人のビーカー等があればはっきりと記名してください。

  • The new semester starts and the number of new users of the clean room increases.
    Let’s distinguish between shared goods and individual goods to avoid confusion of new users.

    Clean wear whose owner is unknown will be collected.
    If you leave clean wear in the clean room, please take it to your lab. once.
    4/17
    Beakers for development in the yellow room will be affixed with a “Common Use” label.
    Please write your lab. name clearly if there is an individual beaker etc.
