  •                CR装置の管理者予約制限のお知らせ

    1 研究室での予約時間割り当て（24時間/7日間）を越え、1回目の予約であること
    ・装置予約の原則として当日～7日間は、利用者がCR予約システムから予約する

    2 管理室での予約可能時間は、当日から6日以内とする
    ・6日目～7日目は、各研究室の予約時間割り当て（24時間/7日間）を優先するため、CR予約システムで1日間公開する

  • News of administrator reservation restriction of CR equipment

    1 Be the 1st time of reservation beyond the reserved time allocation at a laboratory (24 hours/7 days).
    * For on the day-7 days, the user makes a reservation from a CR reservation system as a principle of equipment reservation.

    2 The reservation possible hour at the management office is made in the range for 6 days from the day.

クリーンルーム停止のお知らせ(12/27 09:00 ～ 1/8 09:00)

  • 静岡大学の浜松キャンパスは、年末年始建物閉鎖となります。

    このため、光創起棟1階クリーンルームは、装置を停止します。　停止期間は以下となります。

    停止期間：平成30年12月27日（木）9時 ～ 平成31年1月8日（火）9時

    注：描画装置は、装置起ち上げ作業のため、平成31年1月10日（木）16時に復旧見込みです。

  • Hamamatsu campus in Shizuoka University will be New Year’s building closing.
    Therefore a clean room stops hikarisoukitou 1st floor of equipment.　 A stop period will be below.

    Stop period: 　9:00 Thursday December 27 in 2018-9:00 Tuesday January 8 in 2019
    Note: 　Equipment stands up and for work, EB drawing equipment is restored hope on January 10, 2019 at 16:00 Thursday.

 

局所排気装置点検のお知らせ　11月14日(水）　予備日11月16日(金)

日時：11月14日(水）09:00～12：00となります。

雨天の場合は、11月16日(金)　09:00～12:00となります。

点検装置：下記装置が使用出来ません

現像用ドラフト・スピンコーター・ホットプレート・電気炉（A～D）

薬品管理システム保守点検 10/3 13:30～14:30

光創起棟の薬品管理システム保守点検日は、10月3日(水)13:30～14：30の予定です。

上記の時間を割けて、薬品を取り出して下さい。

薬品管理システム保守点検について（通知)

日頃、薬品管理システムのご利用ありがとうございます。
連絡が遅くなり大変申し訳ございませんが、本システムの維持管理のため
平成30年度薬品管理システムの保守点検を下記の日程で実施いたします。
当日は業者が各薬品管理室にて保守点検作業（約１時間）を行ないます
ので、ご協力方よろしくお願いいたします。
端末保守作業中は一時間程度、利用できませんので行程表を参考に調整
いただければ幸いです。
点検時間は保守作業により若干前後することがありますがご了承下さい。

※端末に関しては、点検時のみ一時的に停止する時間が発生します。
サーバーは原則として停止しませんが、バックアップ作成時のみ一時的に
停止する場合がありますのでご了承願います。

 

【Vacuum Deposition System】蒸着装置（汎用） 修理完了

  • 蒸着装置（汎用）のスイッチ部品が故障したため、現在使用停止しています。
    部品の交換は7/23以降に行う予定です。
    部品交換が完了しましたら、改めてお知らせいたします。

    【7/31追記】
    交換部品の納期は2週間後とのことです。

    【8/20追記】
    交換部品の到着は8/24(金)の予定です。
    ただし、24日午後からクリーンルームは翌日の停電に備える作業に入るため、蒸着装置の利用再開は8/31(金)以降になります。
    停電に関するお知らせは以下をご参照ください。

    蒸着装置漏電ブレーカを交換し、修理完了しました。

  • Vacuum Vapor Deposition System (general purpose) is inactive for switch component failure.
    Parts will be exchanged after July 23.
    We will inform you again once parts exchange is completed.

    【Add on 7/31】
    The delivery date of replacement parts is 2 weeks later.

    【Add on 8/20】
    The arrival of replacement parts is scheduled for 8/24 (Friday).
    However, from the afternoon of the 24th, clean room will start preparing for power outage the next day, resuming use of Vacuum Deposition System will be after 8/31 (Friday).
    Please refer to the following for announcements concerning power outages.

  • 8月25日(土)と26日(日)に城北キャンパス内全体で停電が実施されます。
    それに伴い光創起棟CRは以下の日程で出入禁止となります。
    ・25~26日：停電日
    ・27~28日：空調保守点検
    ・29~31日：特殊ガス供給設備点検・エアーコンプレッサ保守点検
    各装置の利用再開は31日の点検終了後を予定しています。
    ただし、描画装置は立ち上げ操作に数日必要なため翌週に再開する予定です。
    情報の更新がありましたら改めてお知らせいたします。


  • On August 25th (Sat) and 26th (Sun), blackout will be implemented throughout the Johoku campus.
    Along with that, the iPERC CR will be banned from entering the following schedule.
    · 25 – 26th: Simultaneous blackout
    · 27 – 28th: Air conditioning maintenance inspection
    · 29 – 31st: Special gas supply equipment inspection, Air compressor maintenance inspection
    Resumption of use of each device is planned after inspection on 31st.
    However, since the EB Lithography System requires several days for the startup operation, it is scheduled to resume the next week.
    We will inform you again when there is an update of information.


【EB Lithography System】電子線描画装置停止中

  • 先週末の台風の影響で描画装置の一部機能が停止してしまいました。
    復旧作業には2日ほどかかります。
    復旧作業が終了しましたら、改めてお知らせいたします。

    復旧作業は終了しました。
  • Due to the typhoon of the last weekend, some functions of the Lithography System stopped.
    It will take about 2 days for recovery work.
    We will inform you again once the restoration work is over.

【Chemicals】試薬製造社名の変更について

  • 2018年4月1日から、「和光純薬工業株式会社」は「富士フィルム和光純薬株式会社」に社名変更しました。
    それに伴い、電研CRで利用しているいくつかの試薬のラベルデザイン等に変化がありました。
    試薬の規格は以前と同じですので、安心してご使用ください。

  • “Wako Pure Chemical Industries, Ltd.” changed its name to “FUJIFILM Wako Pure Chemical Corporation” from April 1, 2018.
    Along with that, there was a change in the design etc. of some of the chemicals used in RIE CR.
    Chemical standards are the same as before, please use with confidence.
