冷却装置の代替機との交換が終了しました。
立ち上げた電子銃が安定した明日17:00以降に使用を再開します。

Electron Beam Lithography System　restoration

Replacement of the cooling system with an alternative unit has been completed.
We will resume use after 5:00 p.m. tomorrow, when the electron gun has stabilized.
