    電気炉Bの石英管を交換しました。
    それに合わせて周囲の器具(試料台、ピンセット、ケース)の洗浄を行いました。
    未洗浄の試料台については使用を禁止します。

    不明な点がありましたら管理室までご連絡ください。

  • Notice of quartz tube replacement for Precision Diffusion Furnace B

    The quartz tube of Precision Diffusion B has been replaced.
    And the surrounding instruments (sample table, tweezers, and case) have been cleaned accordingly.
    The use of uncleaned sample tables is prohibited.
