【Vacuum Deposition System】蒸着装置（汎用）メンテナンス（7/4完了）
- 真空蒸着装置（汎用）はDPメンテナンスのため休止中です。
利用再開は7/4（水）を予定していますが、メンテナンスの進捗により前後する可能性もあります。
メンテナンス作業の経過状況は以下のようになっています。

6/29（金）オイル交換、DP内洗浄（完了）、DP内真空引き
7/2（月）真空引きテスト
結果：8時間かけて目標圧力に到達
7/3（火）真空引きテスト
結果：3時間かけて9*10^－4[Pa]に到達
DP内真空引き（一晩中）
7/4（水）真空引きテスト
結果：2.3時間かけて目標圧力に到達
午後から利用再開 - Vacuum Vapor Deposition System (general purpose) is inactive for DP maintenance.
Although we plan to resume use on July 4 (Wed), there is also the possibility of going back and forth depending on the progress of maintenance.

Result: It took 3 hours to reach 9 * 10 ^－4 [Pa] Vacuum DP (Overnight)
7/4 (Wed)：Vacuum test
Result: It took 2.3 hours to reach the target pressure

【Disabled】電研棟改修に伴う電研クリーンルーム利用停止
- 電子工学研究所南側区域の改修に伴い、電研クリーンルームは4/1から停止します。
装置は全て光創起イノベーション研究拠点棟1階クリーンルームに移設されます。
現在の計画では4月中に装置を移設し、5月末までに一部の装置を除き再立ち上げを完了する予定です。
また、移設期間中は当HPの一部を非表示にさせていただきます。
長期間のクリーンルーム停止により皆様にはご迷惑をおかけしますが、よろしくお願い致します。 - Due to the renovation of the southern area of the Research Institute of Electronics building, this Clean Room will be suspended from April 1st.
All devices will be relocated to the Clean Room on the 1st floor of the Innovative Photonics Evolution Research Center building.
We plan to relocate devices in April and complete restarting by excluding some devices by the end of May.
In addition, we will hide some of our HP during the relocation period.
We apologize for everyone due to a long-term clean room stop, but thank you.

2月22日(木）16時に、電子描画装置の電子銃交換交換作業が終了しました。 これにより、電子描画装置を利用出来るようになりましたので、利用を再開します。

描画装置の停止期間のお知らせ
2月13日(火）～2月23日(金)の期間、電子描画装置メンテナンス（電子銃交換交換作業）のため電子描画装置は利用出来ません。
皆様にはご迷惑をおかけ致しますが、ご協力をよろしくお願い致します。
【Disabled】電研共通N2ガスの供給停止に伴う装置の停止
- 現在、電子工学研究所全体のN2ガスが空のため、
稼働にN2ガスを必要とする以下の装置は停止しています。・電子線描画装置
・FE-SEM
・電気炉
・スピンコーター
・アライナー
・RIE
・ECRスパッタ
・窒素ガン新しいガスボンベが届き次第復旧作業を致します。
【14:16追記】
電子工学研究所のN2ガス供給が再開しました。上記装置も稼働致します。
FE-SEMは真空ポンプが長時間停止した影響で、正常な真空度に到達するまで時間がかかります。
再開までしばらくお待ちください。【16:50追記】

【Ultrapure Water】超純水装置停止(1/23AM)のお知らせ
- 超純水装置はROエレメント交換のため以下の期間停止します。
装置停止中は純水を利用できません。
交換作業が終了し次第装置の運転を再開します。日にち：2018年1月23日（火）
時間 ：9：00～13：30（予定） - Ultrapure Water Production System stops for the following period due to RO element exchange.
You can not use ultra pure water while the system is stopped.

【Electric Furnace】電気炉ABピンセット紛失に伴い使用停止中(10/31更新)

電気炉AB用のピンセットが紛失したため、電気炉ABは使用停止中です。
本日新しいピンセットを発注するので、届くまでお待ちください。
◆10/31（火）
ピンセットが見つかったので、洗浄して、元の場所に戻しました。

The tweezers for the electric furnace A and B have been lost, so they are stopped use.
We will order a new tweezers today, please wait till it arrives.

Tweezers were found, washed and returned to their original location.

【Vacuum Coater】蒸着装置故障中(10/20更新)

316N室の蒸着装置はRP真空引き不良により使用停止となっております。
使用再開のめどがたち次第お知らせいたします。◆10月19日（木）
RPオイルとDPオイルの交換が完了しました。
これから一晩かけてDP内部の真空引きをします。
順調にDPが回復すれば明日午後には使用再開する予定です。◆10月20日（金）
真空引きテストが終了しました。
真空引き開始から30分で4.2×10-4Paまで到達しました。
蒸着装置は問題なく使用できます。※※※ おねがい ※※※
今回の装置トラブルの原因はRPオイルがDP内部まで逆流したことのようです。
装置使用後にRPを切る際はRPリークバルブを開ける操作を忘れずに行ってください。
また、「オイルを逆流させてしまった」「装置を壊してしまった」等の自覚がある方へ。
トラブルが起きたらすぐに職員まで知らせてください。
トラブルを放置されるのが一番困ります。

The vacuuming test is over.
It reached 4.2 × 10 -4 Pa in 30 minutes from the start of evacuation.
Vacuum Coater can be used normally.※※※ NOTICE ※※※
This trouble seems to be caused by the RP oil flowing back to the inside of the DP.
Please do not forget to open the RP leak valve when turning off the RP after using the equipment.
In addition, to those with the awareness “I caused the equipment trouble.”
Please inform to staff as soon as the trouble occurs.
The most troubling thing for us is to hide the occurrence of trouble.
