使用記録簿の情報は装置トラブル時の対処や、装置使用料金の算出に使う重要なものです。
授業や研究で忙しい時期かと思いますが、ルールを守りみんなで気持ちよく実験室を使いましょう。

The information in the use register is important for coping with troubles of the equipment and for calculating the equipment usage fee.
We think that everyone is busy with classes and research, but let’s keep rules and use the laboratory comfortably.

薬品放置時のお願い

薬品を放置するときは、以下の情報を容器に書いてください。

• 薬品名
• 研究室名
• 氏名

全ての利用者が安全にクリーンルームを使用するためのルールです。
短時間・長時間に関わらず薬品放置時は必ず守るようお願いします。

Rules on Leaving Chemicals

When leaving chemicals, please write the following information in the container.

• Chemical name
• Your laboratory name
• Your name

This is a rule for all users to be able to use clean room safely.
Please follow this rule regardless of the length of leaving time.

フッ化水素酸の変更について

今まで使用してきた森田化学・半導体用フッ化水素酸50%が生産終了しました。
今後はほぼ同等の品である弘田化学・半導体用フッ化水素酸49%を使用します。
しばらくの間はこれらの変更による不具合等がないか注意しながら使用してください。

About change of hydrofluoric acid

Hydrofluoric acid which has been conventionally used is now the production end.
In the future we will use nearly equivalent hydrofluoric acid.
Please use it while paying attention to possibility of troubles due to these change for a while.
