停電に伴うクリーンルーム利用停止のお知らせ(12/12-12/15)
12月14日(日)は、城北キャンパス内全体で停電が実施されます。
つきましては光創起棟CRは以下の日程で利用停止となります。・12月12日(金)12時～
クリーンルーム装置利用停止・12月14日(日)17:00-21:00
一斉停電（空調機更新に伴う幹線ケーブル更新）・12月15日(月)12時～
クリーンルーム装置利用再開各装置の利用再開は12月15日（月）12時以降を予定しています。
ただし、描画装置は立ち上げ操作に数日必要なため、12月17日(水)以降に再開する予定です。

6月21日(土)と22日(日)は、城北キャンパス内全体で停電が実施されます。
それに伴い、クリーンルームの設備メンテナンスが入ります。
つきましては光創起棟CRは以下の日程で利用停止となります。・6月20日(金)12時～
クリーンルーム装置利用停止・6月21日(土)～6月22日(日)
一斉停電（定期点検）・6月23日(月)～年6月27日(金)
用力設備定期点検
※クリーンルーム空調、圧縮空気、窒素ガス発生装置、冷却水 等を保守
※各機器の停止期間は、１～２日を想定・6月30日(月)12時～
クリーンルーム装置利用再開各装置の利用再開は6月30日（月）12時以降を予定しています。
ただし、描画装置は立ち上げ操作に数日必要なため、7月1日(火)以降に再開する予定です。
