The 11th China and Japan Symposium on Ferroelectric Materials and Their Applications (CJFMA11) was held on Sept. 22~25, 2019 in Nanjing, China. More than 235 works were presented in this successful meeting.  Our work ” On the size effects in BaTiO₃ ceramics” was presented as an invited talk. Most of the participants from China-side are youth students or researchers, giving a strong impression of rapid growth of this field in China. Nanjing(Nanking) is a very beautiful city that is situated in the Yangtze River Delta region, and has a prominent place in Chinese history and culture. It has served as the capital of the Six Chinese old Dynasties from the AD 229. The feeling of Walking in the street of Nanjing is very nice because Chinese parasol trees（ 梧桐，アオギリ）and green are seen everywhere.
