Commented by reviewer “…At present, not all researchers in the material and chemistry fields do not go back to the principle of the measurement and basic principle of the phenomena. However, the authors seem to be sticking to the basis and they applied their sophisticated experimental techniques to the well-defined sample, c-axis oriented PZT single-phased film. As a result, they might have paved the way for solving one of the long-standing unsolved problems in the ferroelectric/piezoelectric field. The reviewer expect that this paper is regarded as a benchmark in the piezoelectric materials field and it will be referenced for a long time in the future…”
