Front. Plant Sci.誌に、茶園土壌の細菌叢プロファイルに関する論文が掲載されました．本論文では、さまざまな茶園土壌を対象に細菌叢プロファイルをアンプリコンシーケンス法で解析を行い、その特性を明らかにしました．また、各土壌理化学性や茶品質との関係性も評価しました．本研究は、D3のZhang Shuningさん (岐阜大学連合農学研究科) が注力した成果になります．
