手元開閉器(ブレイカー)取替工事のため、
下記の日程で装置の使用を停止させていただきます。当日は工事の影響で粉塵が発生する可能性があります。

超純水精製装置追記(11/11) 工事が終了しました。
ドラフト、超純水は午後から利用できます。
電子線描画装置は11月12(木)10:00から利用可能になります。

クリーンルーム利用停止のお知らせ（8/28 12:00-9/8 12:00)※9/8追記
- 8月29日(土)と30日(日)は、城北キャンパス内全体で停電が実施されます。
それに伴い、クリーンルームの設備メンテナンスが入ります。
つきましては光創起棟CRは以下の日程で出入禁止となります。・28日12時~ ：クリーンルーム装置利用停止
・29日~30日 ：停電日
・31日~9月1日 ：空調保守点検
・31日~9月2日 ：冷却水設備点検
・9月2日~4日 ：特殊ガス供給設備点検・エアーコンプレッサ保守点検
・9月8日12時 ：クリーンルーム装置利用再開各装置の利用再開は9月8日（火）12時以降を予定しています。
ただし、描画装置は立ち上げ操作に数日必要なため9月10日(木)以降に再開する予定です。
情報の更新がありましたら改めてお知らせいたします。9/8追記：描画装置の利用は9/9(水)の8時より再開いたします。

・Sep 8th From 12 o’clock Device usage resumeResumption of use of each device is planned after inspection on September 8.
However, since the EB Lithography System requires several days for the startup operation, it is scheduled to resume the September 10.
