  • 8月25日(土)と26日(日)に城北キャンパス内全体で停電が実施されます。
    それに伴い光創起棟CRは以下の日程で出入禁止となります。
    ・25~26日：停電日
    ・27~28日：空調保守点検
    ・29~31日：特殊ガス供給設備点検・エアーコンプレッサ保守点検
    各装置の利用再開は31日の点検終了後を予定しています。
    ただし、描画装置は立ち上げ操作に数日必要なため翌週に再開する予定です。
    情報の更新がありましたら改めてお知らせいたします。


  • On August 25th (Sat) and 26th (Sun), blackout will be implemented throughout the Johoku campus.
    Along with that, the iPERC CR will be banned from entering the following schedule.
    · 25 – 26th: Simultaneous blackout
    · 27 – 28th: Air conditioning maintenance inspection
    · 29 – 31st: Special gas supply equipment inspection, Air compressor maintenance inspection
    Resumption of use of each device is planned after inspection on 31st.
    However, since the EB Lithography System requires several days for the startup operation, it is scheduled to resume the next week.
    We will inform you again when there is an update of information.

  • 先週末の台風の影響で描画装置の一部機能が停止してしまいました。
    復旧作業には2日ほどかかります。
    復旧作業が終了しましたら、改めてお知らせいたします。

  • Due to the typhoon of the last weekend, some functions of the Lithography System stopped.
    It will take about 2 days for recovery work.
    We will inform you again once the restoration work is over.

【Chemicals】試薬製造社名の変更について

  • 2018年4月1日から、「和光純薬工業株式会社」は「富士フィルム和光純薬株式会社」に社名変更しました。
    それに伴い、電研CRで利用しているいくつかの試薬のラベルデザイン等に変化がありました。
    試薬の規格は以前と同じですので、安心してご使用ください。

  • “Wako Pure Chemical Industries, Ltd.” changed its name to “FUJIFILM Wako Pure Chemical Corporation” from April 1, 2018.
    Along with that, there was a change in the design etc. of some of the chemicals used in RIE CR.
    Chemical standards are the same as before, please use with confidence.

【Notice】廃液貯留場所について

  • ユーティリティ室の廃液貯留所は現在工事中（未完成）です。
    こちらに廃液を運び込まないようお願い致します。
    工事が完了するまでは酸ドラフト・アルカリドラフトが臨時貯留所となっております。
    廃酸タンクはふたを緩め、酸ドラフトの中でガスを逃がしてください。
    その他の廃液タンクは蓋をしっかりと閉め、アルカリドラフトに入れてください。
    ユーティリティ室の廃液貯留所の工事が完了したら改めてお知らせいたします。
    よろしくお願い致します。
  • Waste reservoir of utility room is under construction (incomplete).
    Please do not carry waste liquid here.
    Hume Foods (for acidic chemicals / for alkaline chemicals) are temporary reservoir until construction is completed.
    Loosen the lid of waste acid tank and let the gas escape in the Hume Foods (for acidic chemicals).
    Close the lid of other waste liquid tank firmly and put it in the Hume Foods (for alkaline chemicals).
    We will inform you once the construction of the waste reservoir of utility room is completed.

【Vacuum Deposition System】蒸着装置（汎用）メンテナンス（7/4完了）

  • 真空蒸着装置（汎用）はDPメンテナンスのため休止中です。
    利用再開は7/4（水）を予定していますが、メンテナンスの進捗により前後する可能性もあります。
    メンテナンス作業の経過状況は以下のようになっています。

    6/28（木）トラブル発生、DP冷却待ち
    6/29（金）オイル交換、DP内洗浄（完了）、DP内真空引き
    7/2（月）真空引きテスト
    　　　　　結果：8時間かけて目標圧力に到達
    7/3（火）真空引きテスト
    　　　　　結果：3時間かけて9*10^－4[Pa]に到達
    　　　　　DP内真空引き（一晩中）
    7/4（水）真空引きテスト
    　　　　　結果：2.3時間かけて目標圧力に到達
    　　　　　午後から利用再開

    　電子工学研究所クリーンルーム（以下「電研CR」）は主にナノデバイス作製
    評価を目的とした共同利用施設で、毎年約30研究室が利用しています。
    　電研CRはこの度、電研棟改修に伴い光創起イノベーション研究拠点棟1階ク
    リーンルーム（以下「光創起棟CR」）に装置を移設しました。現在移設作業の
    仕上げに差し掛かっており、6月11日には利用者への開放を予定しております。
    　つきましては、光創起棟CRの利用方法および、電研CRから移設した電研CR

    Information on iPERC’s clean room utilization briefing sessions

    　The Clean Room of Reserch Institute of Electronics (hereinafter “RIE’s CR”) is a jointly-owned facility designed primarily for the fabrication and evaluation of nanodevices, and about 30 laboratories use it annually.
    　RIE’s CR has recently relocated the devices to Clean Room on the 1st floor of innovative Photonics Evolution Research Center (hereinafter “iPERC’s CR”) following the renovation of RIE building. It is about to finish the relocation work now, and we plan to open to users on June 11.
    　For that reason, we would like to hold a briefing session on how to use iPERC’s CR and devices belonging to RIE’s CR transferred from RIE’s CR. Those who have used RIE’s CR until last year, those who will use IPERCCR for the first time, those who are interested in a clean room, please join us.
