A reason : The safety ensuring closing down long.
クリーンルームは、以下の日時に利用出来ません。
期日 ：2019年3月27日（水）13:30 ～ 14:30
理由 ：漏水検知器設置工事

A fixed date : March 27 Wednesday 13:30 – 14:30 in 2019
The purpose : For a water leaking detector and installation.
デジタルマイクロスコープ(DSX500)使用停止 （3/20（水）復旧 追記あり）
トラブル：デジタルマイクロスコープの観察が行えない。
原因：DSX-500の立上げ中にエラーが発生するため。
対応：メーカへ原因調査を依頼中
停止期間：調査中

操作方法は使用停止前と同じになります。
Stop using Digital Microscope (DSX500) (3/13(wed) provisional recovery add postscript)
Troubling:It can’t be microscopic observation.
Cause: For an error to occur at the time of DSX-500 start.
Corresponding: Investigation into the cause is being requested from a manufacturer.
Stop period: It’s being investigated.

電子描画装置は、メンテナンスのため以下の期間停止します。

事象：1月22日(火)10時～15時の期間、利用出来ませんでした
トラブル内容：純水装置の圧力センサー異常
解決方法：圧力センサー交換
A phenomenon: A period at 10:00 Tuesday January 22-15:00, it couldn’t be used.
The trouble contents: Pressure sensor abnormality of water desalter
Solution method: Pressure sensor exchange
エリプソ故障中 1/22(利用再開しました）
トラブル：エリプソでの膜厚測定は、出来ません。
原因：ソフトウエア起動時に、エラーが発生するため。
対応：メーカへ原因調査を依頼中
停止期間：調査中 → 1月22日 利用再開

Cause: For an error to occur at the time of a software start.

1 装置予約は、CR予約システムでの、各研究室の予約時間割り当て（24時間/7日間）を優先
2 CR管理室での予約は、各研究室の予約時間限度(24時間)を超えてから
・1回目：当日から6日間以内、予約時間24時間まで（各研究室合計：48時間まで）
・2回目：当日から5日間以内、予約時間24時間まで（各研究室合計：72時間まで）
・3回目：当日から4日間以内、予約時間24時間まで（各研究室合計：96時間まで）
1 Equipment reservation gives priority to the reserved time allocation in each laboratory by a CR reservation system (24 hours/7 days).
2 CR management office reservation is the reserved time limit of each laboratory (24 hours).
* The 1st time: From the day to within 6 days and the reserved time for 24 hours.
* The 2nd time: From the day to within 5 days and the reserved time for 24 hours.
* The 3rd time: From the day to within 4 days and the reserved time for 24 hours.
CR装置の管理者予約制限のお知らせ 1 研究室での予約時間割り当て（24時間/7日間）を越え、1回目の予約であること 2 管理室での予約可能時間は、当日から6日以内とする News of administrator reservation restriction of CR equipment 1 Be the 1st time of reservation beyond the reserved time allocation at a laboratory (24 hours/7 days). 2 The reservation possible hour at the management office is made in the range for 6 days from the day.日本語English
・装置予約の原則として当日～7日間は、利用者がCR予約システムから予約する
・6日目～7日目は、各研究室の予約時間割り当て（24時間/7日間）を優先するため、CR予約システムで1日間公開する
* For on the day-7 days, the user makes a reservation from a CR reservation system as a principle of equipment reservation.
静岡大学の浜松キャンパスは、年末年始建物閉鎖となります。
このため、光創起棟1階クリーンルームは、装置を停止します。 停止期間は以下となります。
停止期間：平成30年12月27日（木）9時 ～ 平成31年1月8日（火）9時
注：描画装置は、装置起ち上げ作業のため、平成31年1月10日（木）16時に復旧見込みです。
Hamamatsu campus in Shizuoka University will be New Year’s building closing.
Therefore a clean room stops hikarisoukitou 1st floor of equipment. A stop period will be below.
Stop period: 9:00 Thursday December 27 in 2018-9:00 Tuesday January 8 in 2019
Note: Equipment stands up and for work, EB drawing equipment is restored hope on January 10, 2019 at 16:00 Thursday.
現在、電子工学研究所のサーバーメンテナンス中です。
このため、電研CR予約システムにも接続出来ません。
