描画装置の停止期間のお知らせ
2月13日(火）～2月23日(金)の期間、電子描画装置メンテナンス（電子銃交換交換作業）のため電子描画装置は利用出来ません。
皆様にはご迷惑をおかけ致しますが、ご協力をよろしくお願い致します。
【Disabled】電研共通N2ガスの供給停止に伴う装置の停止
- 現在、電子工学研究所全体のN2ガスが空のため、
稼働にN2ガスを必要とする以下の装置は停止しています。・電子線描画装置
・FE-SEM
・電気炉
・スピンコーター
・アライナー
・RIE
・ECRスパッタ
・窒素ガン新しいガスボンベが届き次第復旧作業を致します。
【14:16追記】
電子工学研究所のN2ガス供給が再開しました。上記装置も稼働致します。
FE-SEMは真空ポンプが長時間停止した影響で、正常な真空度に到達するまで時間がかかります。
再開までしばらくお待ちください。【16:50追記】
SEM再開しています。 - Since the N2 gas shared by the Research Institute of Electronics is empty,

・Nitrogen gunWe will restore them as soon as a new gas cylinder arrives.

The supply of N2 gas at the Research Institute of Electronics resumed. The above devices will also be restarted.
Regarding FE-SEM, the vacuum pump has been stopped for a long time, so it takes time to reach the normal degree of vacuum.

【Ultrapure Water】超純水装置停止(1/23AM)のお知らせ
- 超純水装置はROエレメント交換のため以下の期間停止します。
装置停止中は純水を利用できません。
交換作業が終了し次第装置の運転を再開します。日にち：2018年1月23日（火）
時間 ：9：00～13：30（予定） - Ultrapure Water Production System stops for the following period due to RO element exchange.
You can not use ultra pure water while the system is stopped.
As soon as the replacement work is completed, the operation of the system will resume.Date：Tuesday, January 23, 2018
Time：9：00～13：30 (plan)
【Electric Furnace】電気炉ABピンセット紛失に伴い使用停止中(10/31更新)
- ◆10/30（月）
電気炉AB用のピンセットが紛失したため、電気炉ABは使用停止中です。
本日新しいピンセットを発注するので、届くまでお待ちください。
◆10/31（火）
ピンセットが見つかったので、洗浄して、元の場所に戻しました。
電気炉ABは使用可能です。 - ◆October 30, Monday
The tweezers for the electric furnace A and B have been lost, so they are stopped use.
We will order a new tweezers today, please wait till it arrives.
◆October 31, Tuesday
Tweezers were found, washed and returned to their original location.
Electric furnace AB can be used.
【Notice】316室使用記録簿記入のお願い
- 最近316室の装置使用記録簿への記入漏れが多いようです。
316室は314室と違って各装置ごとに使用記録簿が設置してあります。
装置を使ったら使用記録簿への記入を忘れずにお願いします。使用記録簿の情報は装置トラブル時の対処や、装置使用料金の算出に使う重要なものです。
授業や研究で忙しい時期かと思いますが、ルールを守りみんなで気持ちよく実験室を使いましょう。 - It seems that there are many missing entries in room 316 use register recently.
Unlike room 314 in room 316, a use register is set up for each device.
Do not forget to fill in the use register after using the equipment.The information in the use register is important for coping with troubles of the equipment and for calculating the equipment usage fee.
We think that everyone is busy with classes and research, but let’s keep rules and use the laboratory comfortably.
【Vacuum Coater】蒸着装置故障中(10/20更新)
- ◆10月18日（水）
316N室の蒸着装置はRP真空引き不良により使用停止となっております。
使用再開のめどがたち次第お知らせいたします。◆10月19日（木）
RPオイルとDPオイルの交換が完了しました。
これから一晩かけてDP内部の真空引きをします。
順調にDPが回復すれば明日午後には使用再開する予定です。◆10月20日（金）
真空引きテストが終了しました。
真空引き開始から30分で4.2×10-4Paまで到達しました。
蒸着装置は問題なく使用できます。※※※ おねがい ※※※
今回の装置トラブルの原因はRPオイルがDP内部まで逆流したことのようです。
装置使用後にRPを切る際はRPリークバルブを開ける操作を忘れずに行ってください。
また、「オイルを逆流させてしまった」「装置を壊してしまった」等の自覚がある方へ。
トラブルが起きたらすぐに職員まで知らせてください。
トラブルを放置されるのが一番困ります。

Vacuum Coater in 316N room is stopped due to RP evacuation failure.
We will inform you as soon as we can resume use.◆October 19, Thursday
Oil change completed.
We will vacuum the inside of the DP overnight.
If DP recovers steadily, we plan to resume use tomorrow afternoon.◆October 20, Friday
The vacuuming test is over.
It reached 4.2 × 10 -4 Pa in 30 minutes from the start of evacuation.
Vacuum Coater can be used normally.※※※ NOTICE ※※※
This trouble seems to be caused by the RP oil flowing back to the inside of the DP.
Please do not forget to open the RP leak valve when turning off the RP after using the equipment.
In addition, to those with the awareness “I caused the equipment trouble.”
Please inform to staff as soon as the trouble occurs.
The most troubling thing for us is to hide the occurrence of trouble.
Thank you for your attention to this matter.

電気炉Bの窒素電磁弁が故障したため、電気炉Bは停止しています。
使用再開のめどがたち次第お知らせいたします。【9/7追記】

Electric furnace B is disabled because the nitrogen solenoid valve has failed.
We will inform you as soon as we can resume our use.【Add on September 7】

試料室への落下物を回収するため、一度真空を破りました。
試料室内の真空度が回復するまで使用禁止となります。

【Disabled】城北キャンパス停電によるクリーンルーム停止のお知らせ
電研クリーンルーム利用者の皆様
8月26日(土）～８月27日(日）、は城北キャンパスが施設点検のため、停電となります。
このため、クリーンルームは、8月25(金)16：00～８月28日(月）13:30の期間、停止します。
皆様にはご迷惑をおかけ致しますが、ご協力をお願い致します。
Everybody of the clean room user
It’ll be a blackout because Johoku campus is check of facilities on Saturday, August 26-on Sunday, August 27.
Therefore I do closing of facilities of a clean room in 16:00 on 25 Friday in August.
It resumes from 13:30 on Monday, August 28.
Please cooperate.
