電子描画装置と走査電子顕微鏡については停電対応として装置の立ち下げを行うため、

【Disabled Device】8/24～25停電、CRメンテナンス8/23～9/3について
- 8月24日(土)と25日(日)は、城北キャンパス内全体で停電が実施されます。
それに伴い光創起棟CRは以下の日程で出入禁止となります。・23日(金）12時：クリーンルーム装置利用停止
・24~25日：停電日
・26~27日：空調保守点検
・28~30日：特殊ガス供給設備点検・エアーコンプレッサ保守点検
・9月3日(火）12時：クリーンルーム装置利用再開各装置の利用再開は9月3日（火）12時以降を予定しています。
ただし、描画装置は立ち上げ操作に数日必要なため9月5日(木)以降に再開する予定です。
情報の更新がありましたら改めてお知らせいたします。 - On August 24th (Sat) and 25th (Sun), blackout will be implemented throughout the Johoku campus.
Along with that, the iPERC CR will be banned from entering the following schedule.・23 From 12 o’clock Device use suspension
· 24 – 25th: Simultaneous blackout
· 26 – 27th: Air conditioning maintenance inspection
· 28 – 30th: Special gas supply equipment inspection, Air compressor maintenance inspection
・September 3 From 12 o’clock Device usage resumeResumption of use of each device is planned after inspection on September 3.
However, since the EB Lithography System requires several days for the startup operation, it is scheduled to resume the September 5.
